William D. Brown Jr., an attorney and former Navy SEAL, is a tenacious and skilled advocate and a partner with Parlatore Law Group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, corporate law, creditor’s rights, civil and criminal defense, property law, and veteran’s rights. Bill represents lenders, financial institutions, corporations, small business owners, secured and unsecured creditors, and veterans. Bill has extensive experience handling complex litigation involving breach of contracts, fraud, tortious interference with contracts, SBA and EIDL loans, money transmitter licensing issues, commercial foreclosure actions and actions to enforce promissory notes and guaranties.
Bill believes no one looks out for veterans better than other veterans. Accordingly, he has strategically advised and represented veterans in a wide variety of matters ranging from VA disability appeals, tax foreclosure sales, contractual disputes, and many other issues.
In addition to his work with Parlatore Law Group, Bill is the founder and lead SEAL for the Navy SEAL Foundation’s NYC SEAL Swim.
Paul Buijs is a Marine Corps veteran, former Federal Air Marshal and entrepreneur who handles the technology side of the Warfighters Chamber of Commerce.
Paul's technology experience includes military avionics repair, software and hardware implementation for an emergency communications company, and web development for various clients.
He is excited to be on a team again - a team that serves those who have and continue to work on exciting missions greater than themselves. We are stronger together.
